Azizam Wines was born from a love story: one with natural wine, climate resilience, and you, the Azizam friends and fam!
When I started this ‘passion project’ in 2022, the vision was to make ethereal, living wines from living soils from across Baja, Mexico’s northern wine region.
I was blown away by the rare grapes, old vines, and family-farmers working regeneratively to preserve heritage vineyards.
We started with 1,000 hand painted bottles (in Farsi!) — and sold out through word of mouth. Since then, we’ve: built a team, landed on Michelin-rated menus, partnered with iconic brands, legendary chefs, and renowned distributors across the US and Mexico.
This year, it turns out, was about growth: securing our very own cellar space and tanks, working with 3 new vineyards, and increasing production (10x!). We also deepened relationships with our farmers, industry-partners, and even ourselves as winemakers.
The 2026 wines reflect that expansion and depth, bringing to life the energy of many generations of hands (and feet!) that went into cultivating the gorgeous vines and wines.
To thank you for all the love and to celebrate the power of community-led viticulture — we’re offering this special pre-order opportunity to fund the real, behind-the-scenes work that goes into small-scale, independent winemaking and fuel the BIG year to come.

You’re purchasing your wine fresh from the tank. The wine — pressed juice from from this summers’ harvest — is resting in the cellar for the winter. It’ll evolve and deepen until it’s ready to bottle in late spring, where it’ll then have a slow, quiet summer to settle into itself in the bottle. You’ll get your pre-order wine in Fall 2026 — so your wines arrive fresh, full, and ready for you to enjoy. Salamati!

All our pre-order options start at 1 case (12 bottles). You can always buy more than 1 case to mix and match for a full sensory experience of Baja. The best things in life come in a dozen (eggs, roses, um…. ), so share with a dozen friends over a special dinner or hoard for broody nights solo. Either way, you can drink the wine fresh (as their meant to be) or hold on to it the for for a special occasion! Because like all living things, they can age and change with time, showing different facets of their character.
As a little behind the scenes: At this moment, because we are still a little indie-wine project, our logistics are limited. Due to warehouse and export fees, all pre-order options start at 1 case (12 bottles) so we can keep things flowing smoothly in the cellar to your table. Muchas gracias!
