These are the crown jewels of harvest: hand-picked right on time, softly pressed and preciously cared for. Created only for this pre-order and never hitting retail. • Red wine: Valle de Guadalupe region. Single-varietal cuveé from one of the last dry-farmed, old-vine ranches in the entire valley

• Skin-contact white wine: Valle de Guadalupe region. Single-varietal cuveé from one of the region’s few certified-organic vineyards

• Pet nat sparkling wine: Valle de la Grulla region. Single-varietal sparkling from our favorite tiny, unpruned wild-garden vineyard
