Red wine: Valle de Guadalupe region. Single-varietal cuveé from one of the last dry-farmed, old-vine ranches in the entire valley
Skin-contact white wine: Valle de Guadalupe region. Single-varietal cuveé from one of the region’s few certified-organic vineyards
Pet nat sparkling wine: Valle de la Grulla region. Single-varietal sparkling from our favorite tiny, unpruned wild-garden vineyard
*Customizeable for our fancy wine drinkers. We’ll follow up with a FAQ so you can let us know which wines you love (aka, “Only reds, I don’t like white wine!” or “more sparkling please!”).
