Named after the most ancient method of sparkling wine production, this pack brings the wild soul of Baja to life: skin-contact orange, white, and sparkling wines (pet nats) from old vines and off-the-map vineyards. Gorgeous, limited gems from some of the rarest grapes in the region.
Skin-contact orange wine: San Vicente region. Coastal mountain valley; fog-kissed sandy soil
Skin-contact white wine: Valle de la Grulla region. Tiny, unpruned wild-garden vineyard
Pet nat sparkling wine: San Antonio de las Minas region. Field blend from 90-year-old wild-bush vines
